I'm in love with 90s fashion right now. There are a select few who tell me, no, please don't bring it back, but I can't help it. It's simple. If my mom still had her old wardrobe, I would be rockin' it today (I still wear her clothes today, because she's stylish). I found a box of old photos of my mom when I was home in Seattle and got inspired.
I got a chance to hang out with Susie and Sarah, who are talented photographers and are Minot natives. We had a good time shooting and it was so much fun. I did two outfit changes at different locations.
First, I paired a Tori.Dany Designs tunic with some boy jeans. For a pop of color I wore a mustard yellow jacket. The shoes had to be my favorite part of this outfit. They're so old school that I'm sure your grandmother has a pair. I'll keep rocking these shoes until I can't no more. My whole fit was thrifted except my shirt that I created. I would guess I spent $13 max. What a steal.
My second outfit was pinterest inspired. The t-shirt and slip combo is pretty great, seriously. It's getting cold out here in the midwest and your girl still wants to wear a dress! A simple Old Navy top fit perfectly under my $10 H&M slip dress. I love the length of the dress, but I'm more in love with the high side slits it has. The long socks kept me warm during the photoshoot. If you know me, you would know that these chunky bootie heels are my fave. I wear them all the time, and what better time to wear them than a photoshoot?!
